Changing Your Access Control Password

If this is your first time logging on to Access Control, or if your system administrator has reset or changed your password for any reason, you are prompted to change your password.

To change your password, complete the following:

  1. Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' field. This could be the password provided to you by your system administrator.
    Your username and password are case-sensitive. Your system administrator can tell you how long your password should be and what kinds of characters it must include.
  2. Enter a new password, in the 'New Password' field. Your new password cannot be the same as any of your previous passwords, unless otherwise configured by your system administrator.
  3. Enter the new password again, in the 'Re-type New Password' field for verification purposes.
  4. Click 'Login' to apply your new password and log on to AudienceView. The next time you log on to AudienceView you will need to use your new password.
