Additional Ticket Scanning Reporting Options

In addition to the Scanned Tickets Report within Access Control, there are various other ways that you can report on a ticket’s status from the AudienceView Desktop.

The following table describes how to view the ticket status from the AudienceView Desktop:

Application Description
Business Intelligence and Reports The following core reports, available from the Business Intelligence|Generated Reports page, can be used to view ticket status information:
Venue Configuration The Performances|Ticket Usage page displays information on sold and used tickets.
