To change the selected performance or add additional performances, complete the following:
- On the Options page in Access Control, click Performances. For more information on this page, refer to Marking Tickets. The Select Performance(s) page appears showing performances for today’s date

Click 'Search'. The application displays those performances that meet your search criteria and to which your role has access. Performances are sorted by series and the date and time of the performance. Continue to Step 3. |
- Click the check box next to each performance you want to scan.
If multiple pages of search results are displayed, you can use the '<< Previous' and 'Next >>' buttons to open the additional pages. If you want to select all of the performances on the current page, click 'Select All'.
- Once you have selected your performances, click 'OK'.
The Options page appears and you can click Scan to begin scanning.

Hint
When searching for performances using the Select Performance(s) page, you can enter a relative date. A relative date is a way to represent a date based on its relation to the current date. For example, 1D represents tomorrow, -1D represents yesterday, 1Y represents next year.
Relative date codes are case sensitive.
For more information, refer to Using Relative Dates and Times.
