AVTiki Performance Configuration

To configure performances so that they are available for sale via AVTiki, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Performances tab.
    The Performances|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the performance that you want to make available to AVTiki. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Performances|Basic page appears.
  4. If you want to enable the 'RSVP' button on your Facebook event page, complete the following:
    1. Select Enable Reservation from the 'Options' field.
    2. Enter the Facebook Event ID (eid) in the 'External Reference Code' field.
      Information
      Once you create a Facebook event, the Facebook Event ID number (eid) can be found at the end of the event's URL following eid=.

      This will enable the 'RSVP to Event' button.

      Hint
      The above settings can also be configured at the series level.
  5. Enter the image location/URL that you want to display for this performance in the 'Logo 1' field.
  6. Select the Calendar tab.
    The Performances|Calendar page appears.
  7. Set a date or time in the 'Reservation Time Out' field for the AVTikiPurchase and AVTikiRedeem roles.
    Enter a relative date or date into field or click or to select the relative date or date.

    Hint
    If you want to set the same 'Reservation Time Out' date/time across all of the performances available to the AVTikiPurchase and AVTikiRedeem roles, you can set it on the Application Security application Roles|Basic page 'Reservation Time Out' field for the AVTikiPurchase and AVTikiRedeem roles.
  8. Select the Limits tab.
    The Performances|Limits page appears.
  9. Select Customer from the 'Customer Group' dropdown
  10. Click 'Add Limit'.
    A new limit row appears.
  11. Select AVTikiPurchase and AVTikiRedeem from the 'User Role' field.
  12. Enter a value in the 'Max/Order' field.
    This will be the total of the purchased and reserved tickets.
    Hint
    The 'Maximum Number of Tickets per Order' can also be configured at the series level.
  13. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
  14. Click 'OK'.
