You can customize several components within AudienceView Online/Mobile sales to meet your organization’s needs. These components include field labels, buttons and messages.
Most labels used within AudienceView Online/Mobile, can be customized using the AudienceView Registry application. For more information on using the Registry, refer to Registry Application.
In general, to modify labels and buttons within AudienceView Online/Mobile, use the following nodes:

Information
Modifications made to business or collections objects within the Registry affect all AudienceView interfaces. To make modifications to these nodes only within AudienceView Online/Mobile, modify the corresponding Application Security application User|Attributes or Group|Attributes page. To locate a node in Application Security, find the corresponding Business Object or Collection Object and typically the node name reflects the same structure from the Registry. For example, TSticketBO::Customer::Customer Class would be Customer Customer Class under the TSticketBO. Online Labels
The following sections outline the configurable fields available for AudienceView Online. If an .inc file or an .asp page name is shared between AudienceView Online and AudienceView Mobile, the common configurable labels are called out with Online [or Mobile] when referencing the applicable node.
Online Include Files
- Commonly Used Include File Labels: This page describes some of the more commonly used include files.
- accountHeader.inc: Displays the account header across all of the My Account pages.
- accountNav.inc: Displays the various options within My Account (e.g. Ticket History, Offers, Friends).
- brand_top.inc: Displays the standard header used to across the site.
- error.inc: Displays error message labels in various parts of the site.
- hc.inc: Displays the human check (hc) screen when tickets are added to the order.
- head.inc: Displays general messages used throughout the site.
- order_info.inc: Displays general seating information throughout the site (i.e. section, row, seat).
- promoCode.inc: Displays the promotional code box where customers can enter access codes.
Several other .inc files are used in conjuction with AudienceView's Online/Mobile .asp pages. The information regarding the configuration of labels and fields associated with these .inc files are listed in the .asp pages to which they apply.
You can customize the error and warning messages, used exclusively by AudienceView Online/Mobile at anytime. These messages are located in the following Registry application Registry::EN nodes:

Online Bundle .asp Pages
- bundleResult.asp: The Bundle Results page that displays the seats that were selected for the bundle.
- bundleSelect.asp: The Select Your Package Options page that displays the available events that can be selected for a particular bundle.
- bundleSelectGift.asp: The page that displays the available gifts on a bundle.
- bundleSelectMiscItem.asp: The page that displays the available miscellaneous items on a bundle.
Online Performance .asp Pages
- calendarWidget.asp: The calendar widget.

- mapSelect.asp: The Select-a-Seat map that customers can use to select the seat that they want.

- donationDetails.asp: The Make a Donation page where customers can select a gift/donation to add to their shopping carts.
Online Gift Certificates/Gift Cards .asp Pages
- giftCardAddPayment.asp: The Redeem a Pass, Gift Card or Credit page that appears when customers are redeeming a gift card on an order (appears after selecting).
- giftCardAddReload.asp: The Check Your Card Balance light box that appears when customers select to reload a gift card.
- giftCardInquiryReload.asp: The Check Your Card Balance light box that appears when customers select Check Gift Card Balance from My Account.
- giftCardListPayments.asp: The Select Your card to get started page that displays all of the available gift certificates/gift cards that customers can use to make a payment.
- giftCardListReloads.asp: The Select Your card to get started page that displays all of the available gift certificates/gift cards that customers can use reload.
- giftCertificateDetails.asp: The Purchase a Gift Card page where customers can selected the type of gift card that they want to buy.
Online Order .asp Pages
- friendlyDispatch.asp: The Ship-To page that allows customers to create an account for their friends/ship the contents of their orders to their friends.
- loginDelivery.asp: The Delivery Details page that customers use to select their perferred delivery method and shipping/billing addresses (if configured) for a particular order.
- miscItemDetail.asp: The page that displays the details of the selected miscellaneous item.
- orderContact.asp: The Billing Info page where customers verify their address/contact information and select a payment method for a particular order before it is created.
- redeemOffer.asp: The Redeem Offer page that displays when customers are adding offers to orders.
- reservationConfirm.asp: The Reservation Summary page that displays when customers have successfully made an online reservation.
- shoppingCart.asp: The Shopping Cart page that displays all of the items that customers have selected to purchase on the current order. Customers reach this page whenever they add an item to the current order or click Shopping Cart in the upper right-hand corner.
- showSeats.asp: The Seat Map page that displays customers' selected seats when they click on Show Seats from the shoppingCart.asp page.
- viewOrder.asp: The Order Summary page that displays once an order has been completed. It contains the order information, confirmation number and the 'Printer-Friendly' print button.
- waiting.asp: The Virtual Waiting Room page.
