Displaying Fundraising Programs to Registered Users

Before registered online users can view fundraising programs, you must enable their corresponding user group to view the donationDetails.asp page.
By default, all registered online users are assigned to the WebSales group.

To enable members of the WebSales group to view fundraising programs, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Group tab.
    The Group|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the WebSales group. For more information, refer to the Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Group|Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Content tab.
    The Group|Content page appears.
  5. Select the Online or Mobile property.
    Content currently visible to registered online users appears.
  6. Select Gifts by holding CTRL and clicking on it.
    If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the Gifts option all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected.
  7. Click 'Apply'
    A window confirms that the application updated the group.
  8. Click 'OK'.

Registered online users can now make donations to fundraising programs available to the Internet role.
