To add keywords to a miscellaneous item, complete the following:
- Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Miscellaneous Item tab.
The Miscellaneous Item|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the miscellaneous item that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Miscellaneous Items-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Miscellaneous Item|Details page appears.
- Enter a keyword or phrase describing the miscellaneous item in the 'Keywords' field in the miscellaneous item data section (or in the Miscellaneous Item Context Types and Online Searchable fields).
To enter an additional keyword or phrase, click 
or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. An additional 'Keywords' field appears.
OR
A Miscellaneous Item Keyword list can be created, populated and then bound to the 'Keyword' field. For more information, refer to General Configuration Lists and Binding a List to a Field.
If a list has been bound to the field, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections to select more than one keyword.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the miscellaneous item.
- Click 'OK
Once you have added the appropriate keywords, create article search criteria so that when a search is performed using the keywords, the miscellaneous item (and any other miscellaneous items, performances, bundles, stored value items and gifts sharing the same keywords) will appear within the corresponding search results.
