To add keywords to an article, complete the following:
- Open the Content Management application from the AudienceView desktop.
- Select the Articles tab.
The Article|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the article that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Content Management Articles-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Article|Basic page appears.
- Enter any specific keywords that you would like to use for the article in the 'Keywords' field.
To add additional fields, click
or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry.
OR
An Article Keyword list can be created, populated and then bound to the 'Keyword' field. For more information, refer to General Configuration Lists and Binding a List to a Field.
If a list has been bound to the field, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections to select more than one keyword.
- Click 'Apply'.
Meta-tags can also be added to articles to help search engines (e.g. Google, Yahoo) direct customers to a site.
