By configuring pick-a-seat images for a performance, you enable registered online users to purchase seats directly for a particular performance. Pick-a-seat images are generated automatically, using the corresponding performance’s Alternate Detailed Image.
To enable pick-a-seat sales for a specific performance, complete the following:
- Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Performances tab.
The Performances|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the performance that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Performances|Basic page appears.
- In the performance data section, add Enable Online Flash Map to the 'Options' field by holding CTRL and clicking on it.

If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the Enable Online Flash Map page all of the pages that are currently selected will be deselected. |
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
- Click 'OK'.
Your performance’s Alternate Detailed Image is now flash-enabled and registered online users can now select seats using the pick-a-seat image, for this performance.
