When associating online seat map images with a venue, this seat map is defined, by default for all of the venue’s corresponding performances.

To associate an online seat map image with a venue, complete the following:
- Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Venue tab.
The Venue|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the venue that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Venue-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Venue|Basic page appears.
- In the 'Overview Image' field, specify the relative location of the seat map.
- In the 'Overview X-Size' field, specify the width of the image, in pixels.
For information on converting inches to pixels, refer to Pixel Dimensions.
- In the 'Overview Y-Size' field, specify the height of the image, in pixels.
For information on converting inches to pixels, refer to Pixel Dimensions.
- Click 'Apply'.
Online users can now view this venue’s layout for all of this venue’s performances.
