Adding Keywords to a Stored Value Item

To add keywords to a stored value item, complete the following:

  1. Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Stored Value Item tab.
    The Stored Value Item|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the stored value item that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Product Configuration Stored Value Items-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Stored Value Item|Details page appears.
  4. Enter a keyword or phrase describing the stored value item in the 'Keywords' field in the stored value item data section (or in the Stored Value Item Context Types and Online Searchable fields).
    To enter an additional keyword or phrase, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. An additional 'Keywords' field appears.


    A Stored Value Item Keyword list can be created, populated and then bound to the 'Keyword' field. For more information, refer to General Configuration Lists and Binding a List to a Field.
    If a list has been bound to the field, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections to select more than one keyword.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the stored value item.
  6. Click 'OK'

Once you have added the appropriate keywords, create article search criteria so that when a search is performed using the keywords, the stored value item (and any other stored value items, performances, bundles, miscellaneous item items and gifts sharing the same keywords) will appear within the corresponding search results.
