Adding Keywords to a Series

To add keywords to a series, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Series tab.
    The Series|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the series that you want to work with. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Series-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Series|Basic page appears.
  4. Enter a keyword or phrase describing the performance in the 'Keywords' field in the series data section.
    To enter an additional keyword or phrase, click or press CTRL+TAB once you have made an entry. An additional 'Keywords' field appears.


    The Series Keyword list can be populated and then bound to the 'Keyword' field. For more information, refer to General Configuration Lists and Binding a List to a Field.
    If the Series Keyword list has been bound to the field, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections to select more than one keyword.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the series.
  6. Click 'OK'

Once you have added the appropriate keywords, create article search criteria so that when a search is performed using the keywords, the series (and any other performances, bundles, miscellaneous items, stored value items and gifts sharing the same keywords) will appear within the corresponding search results.
