Displaying Availability Indicators in Upsell and Add-on Article Pop-ups in the Desktop

You can configure whether or not the seat availability indicators (e.g. Excellent, Good) display in any upsell and add-on article pop-ups that contain search results widgets.

To enable the availability indicators, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Users or Group tab.
    The associated Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the appropriate user or group.
    The associated Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Content tab.
    The associated Content page appears.
  5. Select the Customer Services property.
  6. Select Ticket Availability property by holding CTRL and clicking on it.
    If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the Ticket Availability option all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected.
  7. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the user or group.
  8. Click 'OK'.
