You can configure whether or not the seat availability indicators (e.g. Excellent, Good) display in any upsell and add-on article pop-ups that contain search results widgets.
To enable the availability indicators, complete the following:
- Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Users or Group tab.
The associated Search page appears.
- Search for and select the appropriate user or group.
The associated Basic page appears.
- Select the Content tab.
The associated Content page appears.
- Select the Customer Services property.
- Select Ticket Availability property by holding CTRL and clicking on it.
| Information If you do not hold CTRL while selecting the Ticket Availability option all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected. |
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the user or group.
- Click 'OK'.
