Recommendations are used to sell additional performances/series to customers who already have items in their shopping carts or who are accessing one of their My Account pages. Recommendations are displayed on the shoppingCart.asp and the My Account pages by matching the keywords that have been configured on the performances/series in the customer’s shopping cart against keywords that have been configured against other on-sale performances/series.
To configure recommendations:
- Enable users to view recommended performances or series.

- Optionally, specify the maximum number of recommendations that appear within the customer’s shopping cart or My Account pages. By default this is set to 5. You can do this using the Registry::EN::Business Objects::TScontentBO::Site::Recommended Quantity node 'Default Value' field.

- Configure keywords against the performances or series.
