Using Ticket Reprinting and Forwarding Online

Once all of the performance configuration is performed to allow customers to reprint or forward tickets online, the user is able to reprint or forward tickets to other customers as long as the event date is in advance of the current date. The user must also have previously purchased the tickets in an order. They will be able to access the order and the related admissions in the web sales pages.

To reprint or forward tickets online, complete the following:

  1. Navigate to the web sales page.
  2. Click on the My Account link.
    The My Account page appears.
  3. Log into the web sales application using the appropriate username and password in the 'Username' and 'Password' fields and clicking 'Login'.
    You are navigated back to the default websales page.
  4. Click the My Account link.
    The My Account page appears.
  5. Click the View Order History hyperlink in the 'Account Options' area.
    You are navigated to the View Order History' page. The page displays all previous orders created by the customer.
  6. Click on the Forward/Reprint Tickets hyperlink beside the desired order.
    The Reprint Tickets lightbox appears.
  7. Select the tickets that you want to reprint or forward by clicking on the check box beside the desired admissions.
  8. To return to the 'View Order History page without reprinting or forwarding any tickets, click 'Cancel'.
    You are returned to the View Order History page. No forwarding or reprinting occurs.
  9. Click 'Continue'.
    The Reprint Tickets Detail lightbox appears displaying a message that you are about to reprint the following tickets and displays the following information:
    • The series to which the tickets belong
    • The order number for the order to which the tickets belong
    • The performance start time
    • The section, row, and seat information
      Information
      Your email address is populated in the 'Email Address' and 'Confirm Email Address' fields. This is used to reprint the tickets. The tickets will be resent to your email address having cancelled the previous tickets and creating new ticket numbers.
  10. To return to the Reprint Tickets page to alter the seats that are to be reprinted or forwarded, click 'Back'.
    You are returned to the 'Reprint Tickets' page.
  11. To return to the 'View Order History' page without reprinting or forwarding any tickets, click 'Cancel'.
    You are returned to the View Order History page. No forwarding or reprinting occurs.
  12. To reprint the tickets for yourself:
    1. Click 'Continue'.
      The Please Confirm message appears.
    2. To return to the Reprint Tickets Detail page without reprinting tickets, click 'Back'.
      You are returned to the Reprint Tickets Detail page.
    3. To return to the View Order History page without reprinting or forwarding any tickets, click 'Cancel'.
      You are returned to the View Order History page. No forwarding or reprinting occurs.
    4. Click 'Reprint Tickets' only once.
      A message confirms that the reprinted tickets have been sent to your email address.
    5. Click 'OK'.
      You are returned to the View Order History page with new tickets being printed for the desired admissions.
  13. To forward the tickets to another person:
    1. Remove the existing email address in the 'Email Address' and 'Confirm Email Address' fields and enter the email address of the person to whom you want to forward the tickets into both fields.
    2. If you want to include a personal note to the person receiving the tickets, type the message into the 'Note' field.
    3. Click 'Continue'.
      The Please Confirm message appears.
    4. To return to the Reprint Tickets Detail page without forwarding the tickets, click 'Back'.
      You are returned to the Reprint Tickets Detail page.
    5. To return to the View Order History page without reprinting or forwarding any tickets, click 'Cancel'.
      You are returned to the View Order History page. No forwarding or reprinting occurs.
    6. Click 'Reprint Tickets' only once.
      A message confirms that the reprinted tickets have been sent to your email address.
    7. Click 'OK'.
      You are returned to the View Order History page with new tickets being printed for the desired admissions.
