Adding the Email Delivery Method to a Performance

Once an Email delivery method of type has been created, it must be associated to either the series/performance to allow AudienceView Online/Mobile customers to either forward or reprint the selected tickets.

Adding the Email Delivery Method to Multiple Performances

To associate the Email delivery method with an existing series, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Series tab.
    The Series|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the series that you want to associate the Email delivery method to. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Series-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Series|Basic pages appears.
  4. Select the Email delivery method from the 'Allowed Delivery Methods' field.
  5. Click 'Update Performances'.
    The Select Performances dialog box appears displaying the performances associated to the series.
  6. Select the performance(s) that you want to update.
    To select more than one performance, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
  7. Click 'OK'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the modification of the selected performances.
    Caution
    If any of fields were customized at the performance level, the changes pushed down from the series will replace any customizations. Updating numerous performances at once can have an impact on the performance of the application. Be sure to only update those performances that require the update.

    Any previous performance-specific configurations will be overwritten.

  8. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the performances.
  9. Click 'OK'.
  10. If you want to save the changes to the series, click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the series.
  11. Click 'OK'.

Adding the Email Delivery Method to an Individual Performance

To associate the Email delivery method with an individual performance, complete the following:

  1. Open the Venue Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Performance tab.
    The Performance|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the performance that you want to associate the Email delivery method to. For more information, refer to Venue Configuration Performances-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Performance|Basic pages appears.
  4. Select the Email delivery method from the 'Allowed Delivery Methods' field.
    To select more than one performance, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
  5. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the performance.
  6. Click 'OK'.
