Configuring Ticket Reprinting and Forwarding

For your organization to allow your customers to reprint and forward tickets online, there are a few points of configuration that must be performed to allow the functionality to be available. They include the creation of an email delivery method, the application of the email delivery method to the series or performance, and the enabling of the WebSales group to have access to the ticket forward and reprinting functionality.
