To allow AudienceView Online/Mobile customers to forward tickets to other customers, or to reprint tickets for themselves, complete the following:
- Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Groups tab.
The Group|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the WebSales group. For more information, refer to Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Groups|Basic page appears.
- Select the Content tab.
The Groups|Content page appears.
- Select the Online property.
- Select the Ticket Reprint/Forwarding property by holding CTRL while making your selection.
- Select the Attributes tab.
The Group|Attributes page appears.
- Select the TSorderBO property.
- Click 'Add Rule'.
- Click .
The Attribute Name window appears.
- Search for and select Order: Cancel Reason.
- Click 'OK'.
The Attribute Name window closes.
- Enter Forwarding Tickets in the 'Default Value' field.
- Click 'Apply'
A window confirms that the application has updated the group.
- Click 'OK'.
