Stop words are words that are commonly used that you may not want searches to use when filtering (e.g. the, this, with).

To add or remove common words or phrases from AudienceView Online/Mobile searches, complete the following:
- Open the Registry from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Navigate to the System::Configuration node.
- Add or remove words and phrases in the 'Search Cache Stop Words' field, separating any additions with a space.
- Click 'Apply'
A window confirms that the application updated the Registry.
- Click 'OK'.
