You can close a payment gateway batch from within the AudienceView application.
To close a payment gateway batch, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Payment Gateways tab.
The Payment Gateways|Select page appears, displaying all of the configured payment gateways and their associated terminals.
- Select the 'select?' check box next to the payment terminal(s) that you want to close batch(es) for.
- Select the appropriate payment gateway that you want to reset from the 'Payment Gateway' dropdown.
- Click 'Close Batch'
A window confirms that the application closed the batch.
- Click 'OK'.
