Once you have created a pass, you can add eligible performances to it so that the pass can be used to allow customers to gain non-assigned admission based entry to a set of performances (e.g. all access pass to a film festival).

To add eligible performances to a pass, complete the following:

1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Passes tab.
   The Passes|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the pass that you want to add performances to. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Passes-Search Page and Performing Searches.
4. Select the Performances tab.
   The Passes|Performances page appears.
5. Add eligible performances as desired.
   For a description of the fields, refer to the General Configuration Passes-Performances Page.
6. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the pass.
7. Click 'OK'.
