Deleting a Pass

Once you have created a pass, you can delete the pass if it has not been assigned to a customer and you have the appropriate permissions. Deleting a pass will remove it from AudienceView and any performances, bundles, and/or memberships associated with the pass will be updated to remove the pass.

To delete a pass, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Passes tab.
    The Passes|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the pass you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Passes-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Passes|Details page appears.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected pass.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the pass.
  6. Click 'OK'.
