You can use the General Configuration application Passes|Performances page to define the price types and quantities that will be reported when the pass is scanned as well as what performances the pass is eligible for.

The General Configuration application Passes|Performances page consists of the following properties:

Price Type |
Select the price type(s) that you want to be reported when the pass is scanned.
For example, if two Adult price types and two Junior price types are defined on the pass, the application will record that two Adults and two Juniors gained entry when the pass was scanned. |
Quantity |
Enter the number of instances of the selected price type(s) that you want to be reported when the pass is scanned.
For example, if two Adult price types and two Junior price types are defined on the pass, the application will record that two Adults and two Juniors gained entry when the pass was scanned. |
Maximum Performances |
Enter the maximum number of performances the customer can attend using this pass. |
Performances: Select Criteria |
Enables you to select the series and/or performances that customers can attend using this pass.
For example, if the pass is an “all access” pass to a film festival, all screenings should be specified as eligible performances. |
