Deleting a Membership

You can delete a membership provided that the membership is not in use (that is, attached to a customer, appeal, bundle or miscellaneous item), if you have the appropriate permissions.

To delete a membership, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Memberships tab.
    The Memberships|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the membership that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Membership-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Memberships|Details page appears.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected membership.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the membership.
  6. Click 'OK'.
