Deleting a Membership Level

You can delete a membership level from a version, if the version has an effective date in the future or you are editing a new version, and you have the appropriate permissions. If you want to delete a level from a version that is currently effective, you must create a new version. For more information, refer to Creating a Membership Version.

To delete a membership level, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Memberships tab.
    The Memberships|Search page appears.
  3. Search for and select the membership with the level that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Membership-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Memberships|Details page will appear. The memberships versions section displays the versions.
  4. Select the version that you want to work with.
  5. Select the Levels tab.
    The Memberships|Levels page appears.
  6. Select the check box in the 'del?' column of the level that you want to delete.
  7. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the membership.
  8. Click 'OK'.
