Deleting a Blacklist Item

Once you have created a blacklist item, you can delete the blacklist item if you have the approriate permissions.

To delete a blacklist item, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Payment Methods tab.
    The Payment Methods|Search page appears.
  3. Select the payment method with the blacklisted numbers that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Payment Methods-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Payment Methods|Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Blacklist tab.
    The Payment Methods|Blacklist page appears.
  5. Select the 'del?' check box next to the item that you want to delete.
  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the payment method.
  7. Click 'OK'.
