Modifying a Report Template

To modify an existing report, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
    The Reports|Search pages appears.
  3. Search for and select the report that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Reports-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Reports|Edit page appears.
  4. Modify the information in the edit report section as required.
  5. Select the field that you want to modify from the fields section.
    Currently selected fields are shaded grey and the name of the field appears in parenthesis next to the Configure Field header.
  6. Modify the field as required.
  7. To add additonal fields, refer to Step 13 of Creating a Report.
  8. To delete a field, select the 'del?' check box and click 'Update Details'.
  9. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the report template.
  10. Click 'OK'.
