Creating a Ticket Template

To create a ticket template, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Tickets tab.
    The Tickets|Search page appears.
  3. Click 'Create New'.
    The Tickets|Basic page appears.
  4. Complete this page.
    For more information, refer to General Configuration Tickets-Basic Page.
  5. Click 'Create'.
    A window confirms that the application created the template.
  6. Click 'OK'.
    You do not have to create the template before adding a device, but remember to save your work frequently.
  7. To add printer devices, refer to Adding a Printer Device to a Ticket Template.
  8. Once you have devices, you can add ticket elements. For more information, refer to Working with Elements.
