Testing the Email Delivery of a PDF Ticket

Once the PDF ticket template has been completed, an admission should be purchased using the Email delivery method and a valid email address. For more information, refer to Handling Customer Orders.

Once the order has been completed, you should receive an email to the valid email address that was used during the creation of the order. The email will contain the standard configured invoice as the body of the email with an attached PDF file containing the PDF ticket(s). Double-click on the attached file, to open the tickets. You will notice that the performance information has been filled in as well as any other data that was included in the template.

The customer would now print the ticket at home and bring it the event.
