You can delete an element if you have the appropriate permissions.
To delete an element, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
- Search for and select the template with the element that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Tickets|Basic page appears. The devices are displayed in the Devices section. The current device is highlighted for editing.
- Select the device to which you want to add elements from the 'Devices' list.
The current device is highlighted for editing.
- Select the Elements tab.
The Tickets|Elements page appears.
- Select the element you want to delete by clicking on it in the preview image or selecting it from the 'existing element' dropdown.
- Click the 'Element' dropdown list.
The details of the selected element appear.
- Click 'Delete' at the bottom of the 'Element' dropdown.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the template.
- Click 'OK'.
