You can modify an existing element if you have the appropriate permissions.
To modify an element, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
- Search for and select the template with the element that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Tickets|Basic page appears. The devices are displayed in the devices section. The current device is highlighted for editing.
- Select the device with the elements that you want to work with from the devices section.
The device is highlighted for editing.
- Select the Elements tab.
The Tickets|Elements page appears.
- Select the element that you want to modify by clicking on it in the preview image or selecting it from the 'existing element' dropdown.
- To view the element details, click the 'Element' dropdown.
The details of the selected element appear.
- Make the desired changes to the element fields.
If you want to delete an attachment from the element, refer to Deleting an Attachment from an Element.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the template.
- Click 'OK'.
