You can modify a dynamic value if you have the appropriate permissions.
To modify a dynamic value, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
- Search for and select the template with the dynamic value that you want to modify. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Ticket|Basic page appears.
- Select the Dynamic Values tab.
The Tickets|Dynamic Values page appears.
- Select the dynamic value that you want to delete from the values section.
Its definition including and rules or conditions display.
- Modify the dynamic value as required:
- If there are multiple rules, select the rule that you want to work with. This will show the associated details.
- To add a rule, refer to Creating a Simple Dynamic Value.
- To add a condition, refer to Creating a Conditional Dynamic Value.
- To delete a rule, select the 'del?' check box next to the rule. This will also delete any associated conditions.
- To delete a condition, in the conditions section, select the 'del?' check box next to the condition that you want to delete.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the template.
- Click 'OK'.
