Once you have created a dynamic value, you can delete it if you have the appropriate permissions.
To delete a dynamic value, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
- Search for and select the template with the dynamic value that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.
- Select the Dynamic Values tab.
The Tickets|Dynamic Values page appears.
- Select the dynamic value that you want to delete from the values section.
Its definition including and rules or conditions display.
- Select the 'Delete?' check box at the top of the rules section.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the template.
- Click 'OK'.
