Deleting a Dynamic Value

Once you have created a dynamic value, you can delete it if you have the appropriate permissions.

To delete a dynamic value, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Tickets tab.
    The Tickets|Search page.
  3. Search for and select the template with the dynamic value that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Tickets|Basic page appears.
  4. Select the Dynamic Values tab.
    The Tickets|Dynamic Values page appears.
  5. Select the dynamic value that you want to delete from the values section.
    Its definition including and rules or conditions display.
  6. Select the 'Delete?' check box at the top of the rules section.
  7. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms that the application updated the template.
  8. Click 'OK'.
