Copying a Ticket Template

You can create a new template by copying an existing one, if you have the appropriate permissions.

To copy an existing template to create a new one, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Tickets tab.
    The Tickets|Search page.
  3. Search for and select the template that you want to copy. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Tickets|Basic page appears.
  4. Enter the name of the new template in the 'Name' field.
  5. Click 'Save Copy'.
    A window confirms that the application created the template.
  6. Click 'OK'.
  7. Continue to modify the template as needed.
