You can create a new template by copying an existing one, if you have the appropriate permissions.
To copy an existing template to create a new one, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Tickets tab.
The Tickets|Search page.
- Search for and select the template that you want to copy. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Tickets|Basic page appears.
- Enter the name of the new template in the 'Name' field.
- Click 'Save Copy'.
A window confirms that the application created the template.
- Click 'OK'.
- Continue to modify the template as needed.
