Deleting a Ticket Template

You can delete a ticket template provided that it is not in use and you have the appropriate permissions.

To delete a ticket template, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Tickets tab.
    The Tickets|Search page.
  3. Search for and select the template that you want to delete. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Tickets-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Tickets|Basic page appears.
  4. Click 'Delete'.
    A window prompts you to confirm the deletion of the selected template.
  5. Click 'OK'.
    A window confirms that the application deleted the ticket template.
  6. Click 'OK'.
