To configure the auto-print delivery method, complete the following:

1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Delivery Methods tab.
   The Delivery Methods|Search page appears.
3. Click 'Create New'.
   The Delivery Methods|Basic page appears.
4. Complete the page with the appropriate information, ensuring that you select Auto-Print from the 'Type' dropdown and a PDF ticket template that is appropriate for the ticket stock that is being used from the 'Ticket Template' dropdown.

5. Click 'Create'.
   A window confirms that the application created the delivery method.
6. Click 'OK'.

• You must also enable the roles allowed to use the delivery method.

Information If you do not configure the printers, when an auto-print ticket is sold it will be treated as if it were configured as download, and will not print automatically.
