To configure the auto-print delivery method, complete the following:
- Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Delivery Methods tab.
The Delivery Methods|Search page appears.
- Click 'Create New'.
The Delivery Methods|Basic page appears.
- Complete the page with the appropriate information, ensuring that you select Auto-Print from the 'Type' dropdown and a PDF ticket template that is appropriate for the ticket stock that is being used from the 'Ticket Template' dropdown.

- Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the application created the delivery method.
- Click 'OK'.
| Information If you do not configure the printers, when an auto-print ticket is sold it will be treated as if it were configured as download, and will not print automatically. |
