Once you have created a producer, you can create a producer performance fee if you have the appropriate permissions.

To create a performance fee, complete the following:

1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Producers tab.
   The Producers|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the producer that you want to add a performance fee to. For more information, refer to the General Configuration Producers-Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Producers|Basic page appears.
4. Select the Fees tab.
   The Producers|Fees page appears.
5. Click 'New Performance Fee'
   A performance fee row appears.
6. Complete the following fields:
   1. Name: Enter a name for the payment fee.
   2. Rate: Enter the monetary or percent value of the fee. The rate will be calculated per the selected 'Option'.
   3. By Percentage: The fee is a percentage of the total sales.

      Caution If selecting By Percentage, the rate must include a percentage symbol (%).

   4. Per Performance: The fee is the monetary value entered in the 'rate' field per performance.
   5. Per Series: The fee is the monetary value entered in the 'rate' field per series.
   6. Per Ticket: The fee is the monetary value entered in the 'rate' field per ticket sold.
7. For every payment fee that you want to add, repeat the process from Step 5.
8. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the producer.
9. Click 'OK'.
