Creating a Question

Before You Begin

Before creating a question, ensure you have:

  • Created roles to have access to the question. If these have not been created, you can assign them at any time. For more information, refer to Creating a Role.

Creating a Question

Once you create a question it is available to assign to a performance using the Venue Configuration application. Once assigned to a performance, the question will appear on the Customer Services application Order|Summary page and in Online.

To create a new question, complete the following:

  1. Open the General Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.
  2. Select the Questions tab.
    The Questions|Search page appears.
  3. Click 'Create New'.
    The Questions|Basic page appears.
  4. Complete the page.

  5. Click 'Create'.
    A window confirms that the application created the question.
  6. Click 'OK'.

To attach the question to a performance, refer to the Performance Order Methods Section of the Venue Configuration Performances-Basic Page.
