To enable your users to print tickets using AudienceView Kiosk, you must define a kiosk-specific delivery method. For more information on delivery methods, refer to General Configuration Delivery Methods.
To create a Kiosk-specific delivery method, perform the following:
- Open the General Configuration applications from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Delivery Methods tab.
The Delivery Methods|Search page appears.
- Click 'Create New'.
The Delivery Methods|Basic page appears.
- Enter the name for the delivery method in the 'Name' field.
- Select Pick Up Now from the 'Type' dropdown.
- Select Tickets from the 'Options' field.
- Select Kiosk from the 'Roles' field.
- Click 'Create'.
A window confirms that the application created the delivery method.
- Click 'OK'.
Now you can add this delivery method to events that you are making available for sale within AudienceView Kiosk and define this as the default delivery method for the Kiosk role. You can define this as the default delivery method using the Kiosk role’s Application Security application Roles|Basic page. For more information, refer to Application Security Roles.
