Enabling Customer Services Content

To enable Customer Services content, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Group|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the group that you want to enable content for. For more information, refer to Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Group|Basic page appears.
  3. Select the Content tab.
    The Group|Content page appears.
  4. Select the Customer Services property.
  5. Select the Customer Services content that you want to enable:
    • Analytics: Enables Google Analytics integration with the Correspondence application.
      For more information, refer to Managing AudienceView's Ability to Use Analytics - Correspondence.
    • Bundle Details: Allows access to the Bundles|Details page.
    • Bundle Gift Products: Allows access to the Bundles|Gifts page.
    • Bundle Miscellaneous Items: Allows access to the Bundles|Miscellaneous Items page.
    • Bundle Order Map: Allows access to the Bundles|Map page.
    • Bundle Search: Allows access to the Bundles|Search page.
    • Customer Advanced: Allows access to the Customer|Advanced page.
    • Customer Basic: Allows access to the Customer|Basic page.
    • Customer Calendar: Allows access to the Customer|Calendar page.
    • Customer Entitlements Benefits: Allows access to the Customer|Entitlements|Benefits page.
    • Customer Entitlements Memberships: Allows access to the Customer|Entitlements|Memberships page.
    • Customer Entitlements Offers: Allows access to the Customer|Entitlements|Offers page.
    • Customer Entitlements Passes: Allows access to the Customer|Entitlements|Passes page.
    • Customer History Bundles: Allows access to the Customer|History|Bundles page.
    • Customer History Correspondence: Allows access to the Customer|History|Correspondence page.
    • Customer History Gift Certificates/Cards: Allows access to the Customer|History|Gift Certs/Cards page.
    • Customer History Gifts: Allows access to the Customer|History|Gifts page.
    • Customer History Miscellaneous Items: Allows access to the Customer|History|Miscellaneous Items page.
    • Customer History Orders: Allows access to the Customer|History|Orders page.
    • Customer History Passes: Allows access to the Customer|History|Passes page.

    • End of Day Balance Orders: Allows access to the End of Day|Orders page.
    • End of Day Balance Summary: Allows access to the End of Day|Summary page.
    • End of Day Balance Tickets: Allows access to the End of Day|Tickets page.
    • End of Day Balance Users: Allows access to the End of Day|Users page.
    • Gift Certificates/Cards Details: Allows access to the Gift Certs/Cards|Details page.
    • Gift Certificates/Cards Search: Allows access to the Gift Certs/Cards|Search page.
    • Gifts Search: Allows access to the Gifts|Search page.
    • Lookup Address: Allows you to verify customers' addresses when they are are added to an order.
    • Miscellaneous Items Details: Allows access to the Miscellaneous Items|Details page.
    • Miscellaneous Items Search: Allows access to the Miscellaneous Items|Search page.
    • Offers Bundles: Allows access to the Offers|Bundles page.
    • Offers Bundles Details: Allows access to the Offers|Bundles|Bundles page.
    • Offers Bundles Seats: Allows access to the Offers|Bundles|Seats page.
    • Offers Search: Allows access to the Offers|Search page.
    • Offers Seats: Allows access to the Offers|Seats page.
    • Offers Summary: Allows access to the Offers|Summary page.
    • Orders Bundles Bundles Charges: Allows access to the Orders|Bundles|Charges page.

    • Order Notes: Allows access to the Orders|Notes page.
    • Order Other Charges: Allows access to the Orders|Other|Charges page.
    • Order Other Items: Allows access to the Orders|Other|Items page.
    • Order Search: Allows access to the Orders|Search page.
    • Order Seats Performance Requests: Allows access to the Orders|Seats|Requests page.
    • Order Seats Performance Seats: Allows access to the Orders|Seats|Seats page.
    • Order Summary: Allows access to the Orders|Summary page.
    • Order Summary - Make Reservation: Enables the 'Make Reservation' button on the Orders|Summary page.
    • Order Summary - Show Optional Questions/Marketing Data: Displays the optional questions and marketing data fields on the Orders|Summary page.
    • Order Summary - Show Required Questions/Marketing Data: Displays the required questions and marketing data fields on the Orders|Summary page.
    • Seats Availability: Enables the seat availability indicators on the Seat|Search page.
    • Seats Best Available: Allows access to the Seat|Best Available page.
    • Seats Flash Map: N/A.
    • Seats Order Map: Allows access to the Seat|Map page.
    • Seats Performance Calendar: Allows access to the Seat|Calendar page.
    • Seats Quick Sale: Allows access to the Seat|Quick Sales page.
    • Seats Search: Allows access to the Seat|Search page.
    • tickets Availability: Displays the availbility indicators in upsell and add-on article pop-ups that contain search results widgets.

  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms the application updated the group.
  7. Click 'OK'.
