Enabling Funds Management Content

To enable Funds Management content, complete the following:

  1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
    The Group|Search page appears.
  2. Search for and select the group that you want to enable content for. For more information, refer to Application Security Group-Search Page and Performing Searches.
    The Group|Basic page appears.
  3. Select the Content tab.
    The Group|Content page appears.
  4. Select the Funds Management property.
  5. Select the Funds Management content that you want to enable:
    • Funds Details: Allows access to the Funds|Details page.
    • Funds Gifts: Allows access to the Funds|Gifts page.
    • Funds Labels: N/A
    • Funds Search: Allows access to the Funds|Search page.
    • Gifts Calendar: Allows access to the Gifts|Calendar page.
    • Gifts Details: Allows access to the Gifts|Details page.
    • Gifts Search: Allows access to the Gifts|Search page.
    • Programs Appeals: Allows access to the Programs|Appeals page.
    • Programs Campaigns: Allows access to the Programs|Campaigns page.
    • Programs Details: Allows access to the Programs|Details page.
    • Programs Gifts: Allows access to the Programs|Gifts page.
    • Programs Search: Allows access to the Programs|Search page.
  6. Click 'Apply'.
    A window confirms the application updated the group.
  7. Click 'OK'.
