Before anyone can access your AudienceView Online sales environment, you must first set the password for the websales user. This user is defined for anyone accessing AudienceView Online without logging in.
To enable customers to access your AudienceView Online sales environment, complete the following:
- As Administrator, modify the default login password defined for the websales user. You can do this using the websales’ Application Security application Users|Basic page.
This password expires when the websales user logs in, so it must be different from the default password.

- As WebSales, set the websales password equal to the one you defined in Step 1.
You can do this by logging into AudienceView Desktop as the websales user.
