If you have added an attribute to a subsystem, you can delete the attribute if you have the appropriate permissions.
To delete an existing user attribute, complete the following:
- Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
The User|Search page appears.
- Search for and select the user that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Application Security Users-Search Page and Performing Searches.
The User|Basic page appears.
- Click the Attributes tab.
The User|Attributes page appears.
- Select the subsystem you want to work with from the list on the left side of the page. Subsystems with an attribute are highlighted in blue.
- Select the 'Delete?' check box for the attribute that you want to delete.
- Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the user.
- Click 'OK'.
