To assign subsystem attributes to an existing user, complete the following:

Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
The User|Search page appears.

Search for and select the user that you want to work with. For more information, refer to the Application Security - Users|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The User|Basic page appears.

Select the Attributes tab.
The User|Attributes page appears.

Select the subsystem you want to work with from the list on the left side of the page.

Click 'Add Rule'.
A set of fields display.

Select the attribute (that is field) you want to work with from the 'Attribute' dropdown.
If the dropdown is empty, click
to select the attribute from the Attribute dialog box.

Specify details pertaining to this attribute.

For each attribute that you want to define for the selected subsystem, repeat the process from Step 6.

For each subsystem that you want to work with, repeat the process from Step 4.

Click 'Apply'.
A window confirms that the application updated the user.

Click 'OK'.
The application highlights the subsystem in blue.
