To create a new miscellaneous item version, complete the following:

Open the Product Configuration application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Select the Miscellaneous Items tab.
The Miscellaneous Items|Search page appears.

Search for and select the miscellaneous item that you want to make a version of. For more information, refer to the Product Configuration - Miscellaneous Items|Search Page and Performing Searches.
The Miscellaneous Items|Details page appears.

Select the Pricing tab.
The Miscellaneous Items|Pricing page appears. The versions section displays the versions. The current version is highlighted for editing.

If you want to copy any version other than the one currently effective, click the version that you want to copy.

Click 'Copy Version'.
A new version record is added to the end of the versions list with editing shown in the 'del?' column.

If the version is affective any time after today’s date, enter the date into the 'Effective Date' field. Otherwise, the date will default to today’s date.

Modify the applicable fields.

Click 'Apply'.
If you did not specify an 'Effective Date', the application confirms the use of the current date and time. Click 'OK'.
A window confirms that the application updated the miscellaneous item.

Click 'OK'.
