To enable anonymous users to view recommendations, complete the following:

1. Open the Application Security application from the AudienceView Desktop.
2. Select the Group tab.
   The Group|Search page appears.
3. Search for and select the Anonymous Websales group. For more information, refer to Application Security - Group|Search Page and Performing Searches.
   The Group|Basic page appears.
4. Select the Content tab.
   The Group|Content page appears.
5. Select the Online property.
   Content currently visible to registered Online users appears.
6. To enable anonymous users to view recommendations in their shopping carts, select shoppingCart Recommendations by holding CTRL while clicking on it.
7. To enable anonymous users to view recommendations in their My Account pages, select My Account Recommendations by holding CTRL while clicking on it.

   Information If you do not hold CTRL while making your selection all of the options that are currently selected will be deselected.

8. Click 'Apply'.
   A window confirms that the application updated the group.
9. Click 'OK'.
