Gifts do not contribute to the total used to calculate threshold levels for delivery charges. |
To add a gift to an order, complete the following:

Open the Customer Services application from the AudienceView Desktop.

Create a new order for the customer making the donation.
For more information, refer to Creating an Order Using an Existing Customer Account.

Select the Gifts tab.
The Gifts|Search page appears.

Search for and select the gift that you would like to add to the order.
For more information, refer to Customer Services - Gifts|Search Page and Performing Searches.

Click 'Add to Order'.
The Order|Gifts page appears.

Complete the gift details and gift funds sections. For more information, refer to Customer Services - Order|Gifts Page.

Hint
You must assign the gift to at least one fund. If you assign it to multiple funds, ensure you allocate the entire pledge amount. |

Click 'Create' or 'Apply'.
