Funds Management - Gifts|Calendar Page

The Funds Management application Gifts|Calendar page allows you determine the dates and times that a fund is available for selection.

The Funds Management application Gifts|Calendar page consists of the following properties:

Field Descriptions
del? Click this check box and press 'Apply' to delete the entry.
User Role The user role or roles able to select the fund.
To select more than one user role, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
Start Date The first date that the fund will be available to the selected role or roles.
Enter a date into the field or click  to select the date.

End Date The last date that the fund will be available to the selected role or roles.
Enter a date into the field or click  to select the date.
For more information, refer to Using a Calendar to Add a Date.
Appeals Enter the name of the appeal or click  to search for it.
For more information, refer to The Find Appeals Dialog Box.
Funds Select the Fund from the list. 
To select more than one fund, hold CTRL or SHIFT while making your selections.
Promotion Grants access to the gift using a promotion.
Click   next to the 'Promotion' field to search for existing promotions. For more information, refer to The Find Promotion Codes Dialog Box
  • If the promotion does not have an access code, only those customers holding a benefit that has the associated promotion will be able to access the gift.
  • If the promotion has an access codes, customers must enter the 'Promotion Access Code' online to access the gift.
