To change your AudienceView password, complete the following:
- Open the My AudienceView application from the AudienceView Desktop, or select Options and then My AudienceView or press SHIFT+M
- Select the My Settings tab.
The My Settings|Password page appears.
- Enter your current password in the 'Current Password' field.
- Enter your new password in the 'New Password' field and 'Re-type New Password' fields.
An Invalid Password error may display when you select 'Apply', it may be that you are trying to use a password that is the same as your current password or a recently used password.
- Click 'Apply'.
You will now be logged in and the change your settings window will display.
You will need to use your new password the next time you log-in to AudienceView. If necessary, keep a record of your current password somewhere safe, but do not pass it on to anyone else.
