You can update the start and/or end dates for a batch of offers if you have the permission to do so.
To update start and/or end dates, complete the following:
- Open the Utilities application from the AudienceView Desktop.
- Select the Offers tab.
The Offers|Query Select page appears.

Your organization may have additional queries created using the Business Intelligence and Reports application. |
- Select General Offer Update from the Offer Update section.
The query opens in the Offers|Offer Update page.
Search for the offers you want to work with. For more information, refer to Searching for Offers to Update in a Batch.
The Select Offers section appears.
- To update only selected offers, in the Select Offers section, select the check box next to each offer you want to update.
Click 'Select All' to select all of the offers on the current page. This will not select offers on other pages. If you want to update all of the search results, you can choose 'Update All' at the end of this procedure.
- To update the start date, select a date from the 'Start Date' field.

Caution
If the offer start date is changed to be in the future, the offer will no longer be eligible to be accepted by any customers who have this offer. The offer will become available on the new offer start date.
If the start date is changed to the past, the offer will become immediately available. |
- To update the end date, select a date from the 'End Date' field.

If the offer end date is changed to a date in the future, the seats will be on hold until that date. |
If the offer end date is changed to a date in the past, any seats on hold for the offer will be released and the offer status will be set to Closed.

The batch results section appears indicating the progress of the batch. When completed, "Batch Run Completed!" appears.
